Given the changes and opportunities in Community Living and the
current financial climate, it is important that the needs and challenges
facing those who have a family member transitioning from high school to adult
life (specifically those who are transitioning from Children’s Community
Living Services to Adult Community Living Services) be made a priority. A
first meeting has been called for:
Saturday, May 31 from
10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Burnaby Association for Community Inclusion
2702 Norland Avenue, Burnaby
Lunch will be provided
The purpose of the meeting is to:
1. Get a good understanding of all the needs and challenges
facing families planning for the transition from high school.
